For right-to-left languages — Hebrew and Arabic — it does the part most tools skip: correct text direction, punctuation on the correct side of the line, mixed-direction lines (Hebrew or Arabic text carrying an English brand name or a number) laid out properly, and numerals rendered as a native reader expects. A caption that is merely right-aligned is not an RTL caption, and the difference is obvious to your audience.
Translate-while-transcribing runs in the same pass, so you can caption in a language other than the spoken audio without a second round of processing. Coverage for Spanish, German and French works the same way.
